Hi, I’m Kate. I’m the girl behind Honey Babies Bakeshop, in Littleton, Colorado, and I’m so glad you’re here! Whether you are looking for a custom cake, cupcakes, or a custom dessert for a special occasion, you’ve come to the right place. It’s a little surreal typing this out thinking of all the plans and dreams and time spent on this little bakeshop of mine. And to see those dreams become a reality, still blows my mind. I have loved baking long before I remember loving anything else in my life. I like to say I get it from my mama. She taught me that baking was a labor of love, and you tasted it in everything she made. That love of sharing something sweet with those who were sweetest to you always stuck with me. 

Now, I’m grown and have littles of my own. And baking, for them, is what my mom taught me… it’s a labor of love. We spend time every Sunday picking out a dessert to make, buying the ingredients, working in the kitchen together and finally enjoying the fruits of our labor after dinner on a Sunday night. Honey Babies was born from the idea that a shared dessert can bring us together. To celebrate big moments and the little moments. And I feel that way baking for each and every client! From custom cakes, to cupcakes, and other desserts; It’s like I get to take part in all these precious moments.
